GSA are a global provider of student housing. Internal adoption is a key factor for the long-term success of a rebrand. GSA needed to ensure that their teams (which are spread across multiple locations and timezones globally), were given the tools to be able to consistently adopt and enjoy the brand. GSA produces a large volume of marketing and sales material. These materials needed to communicate consistently and be produced quickly in house as demand directed.

I worked with GSA to identify any pain points for their brand adoption. We decided to create a series of marketing templates for their in house teams. The templates needed to be painless to populate with content, whilst achieving a level of design finish they could be proud of. In addition, we adapted the brand guidelines to be digitally interactive, to enable teams to easily search for references in their day-to-day work.
