I have provided a range of ongoing day-to-day and campaign design support for Visit Jersey (Jersey’s tourism board). The scope of this design support included everything from packaging and press ads, to videos and social assets. I worked on a number of high profile metrics-driven campaigns, delivered during the changing conditions of the Covid-19 lockdown. As travel regulations evolved and public perceptions changed, I worked with Visit Jersey to responsively pivot the focus of their marketing.

We needed to simultaneously address quarantine fears during the pandemic, entice new audience sectors, and establish Jersey as a leading destination in the British Isles for great food, outdoor pursuits, shopping and heritage. Market research indicated that audience sentiment evolved dramatically both before and following the pandemic, and I worked to adapt the messaging and imagery accordingly, whilst working within their house brand. We also worked together to raise sustainability standards for their printed assets, including using LightTOUCH™ waterless printing with FSC stocks.
