Park Theatre
Park Theatre is a thriving independent theatre, based in Finsbury Park. Along with a vibrant community engagement programme, they produce their own shows, and support new writing. To date, Park Theatre has had 9 West End transfers, 14 UK tours and 7 Olivier nominations. The team required a new website to communicate the tremendous breadth of their activity. The team wanted the site to facilitate new revenue streams, through building compelling narratives around their charitable status and membership journey. They also wanted the site to be more inclusive and to meet higher standards of accessibility.

Through workshopping and research, I worked closely with the team to identify the needs of their users. We were able to develop a purposeful site architecture, along with integrations and bespoke functionality, to suit the needs of Park's audiences. The site opened up new income streams, through consolidating the purchase experience - from ordering tickets, to pre-booking extras (food, drink and programmes), and submitting donations. This included the design and build of a completely bespoke ticketing journey. I also created a UI design system to support the integration of Park's new brand online. As well as a refreshed brand style, the site maintained a minimum of WCAG AA access standards.
